Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and CDBLOGIC (a sole proprietorship, "we") for playing BOINGLE at boingle.cdblogic.com. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. Who can play
Anyone can play BOINGLE for free. To sign in or buy coins, you must be at least 13, or have a parent or guardian do it for you. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
Signing in is optional. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can open your sign-in emails can use your account. You can delete your account at any time from the game (More → Account → Delete my account).
If you don't sign in, your progress and purchases live only on your device. Clearing your browser data or losing your device can erase them, and we can't recover them. Signing in or making a backup code protects your progress.
3. Screen names and fair play
Screen names and anything else you show to other players must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, contain personal information (like your real name, phone number or address), or pretend to be someone else. Please don't cheat: no modified game files, automated play, or tampering with scores or the game's servers. We may hide or change screen names, remove scores, reset virtual items, or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Coins and virtual items
Coins, blades, skins, items, tokens, badges and other in-game things are a limited, personal license to use within BOINGLE. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold, traded or transferred outside the game. We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items and their prices as the game evolves.
5. Buying coins
Coin packs are sold for real money. Prices are shown before you buy and include any sales tax. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Coins are delivered to your game right after payment.
6. Refunds
Because coins are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are generally final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. But if something goes wrong, we'll make it right. Email cbracy@cdblogic.com within 30 days if:
- you paid but your coins didn't arrive,
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or
- a child made a purchase without permission.
Include the email on the receipt and the date of purchase. We'll deliver the missing coins or refund the payment, and refunded coins may be removed from the game.
7. Events, tournaments and seasons
Daily puzzles, weekly tournaments, seasons, chests, invites and other events award only in-game rewards. No purchase is needed to take part. Chest odds are shown in the game. We may change event rules, timing or rewards, and we may withhold rewards earned by cheating.
8. Changes to the game
We're always improving BOINGLE and may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut down the game or paid features, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the game.
9. Disclaimers
BOINGLE is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors, or that progress can never be lost.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CDBLOGIC won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about BOINGLE is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where CDBLOGIC is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let players know in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
